Roald Dahl Book Day

Celebrate Roald Dahl Story Day with us at Cura-Care on Sunday 13th September 2020.

For many people, Roald Dahl was a huge part of their childhood, and the stories in which Roald Dahl wrote have, as we know, been made into famous movies such as: Matilda, The BFG, James and the Giant Peach & Charlie and The Chocolate Factory.

We asked our staff what they’re favourite Roald Dahl Story is and why…

Kerry: “Got to be BFG” “Because he steals dreams and bottles them up”

Stacie: “My Fave is Matilda.. no matter what that girl faced, she got through it”

Casey: “Mine has definitely got to be James and the Giant Peach, he dreams of going to the Big Apple and he made it! I dreamed of going to new york for the whole of my childhood and i finally went!”
